AI-Literacy
We work to ensure technology serves people, communities, and the public good.
About Us
We are a nonprofit technology organization working to ensure that emerging technologies benefit people and communities. Through research, education, public-interest innovation, and digital inclusion initiatives, we address the social opportunities and challenges created by AI and other emerging technologies. Our work focuses on building trust, expanding access, strengthening digital and AI literacy, and creating more responsible technology futures.
Vision and Purpose
We envision a future where everyone has the tools, knowledge, mentorship, and opportunities to benefit from technology—regardless of their background or location.
We believe technology should create opportunity, not deepen inequality. It should respond to real human needs, earn people's trust, and be accessible to the communities it is meant to serve. That belief guides how we work: putting people first, designing responsibly, expanding access, supporting continuous learning, and collaborating across disciplines and communities.
Our Capabilities
We help purpose driven organizations with research, design, and development of human-centered solutions that respond to real needs and create lasting value.
We uncover user needs, emerging opportunities, and system challenges to shape clear, evidence-informed directions.
We translate research and organizational goals into clear strategies for intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy products, services, and experiences.
We help teams integrate AI through explainability, human oversight, trust calibration, and responsible design practices.
We improve access to technology and provide practical training and mentorship that prepares people for an AI-driven future.
Product Innovation
We design and develop human-centered digital products that make learning more accessible, AI more trustworthy, and career guidance more personalized.
